For ganache:

- 80g dark chocolate
- 40g hot milk or 1/4 cup

For cookies:

- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 60g softened butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 to 5 walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup + 6 tbsp all-purpose flour or wheat flour

Method:

1. First, finely chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl. Add the hot milk over it and let it sit until the chocolate melts completely. Stir until smooth, then transfer to the fridge for 1 hour or until set completely. Alternatively, you can use chocolate instead of making ganache.

2. For the cookie dough, combine the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk and mix well. Adjust the sugar level according to your preference and the percentage of dark chocolate used.

3. Add the yogurt (or 1 egg, if using) to the mixture and combine.

4. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch into the wet mixture. Combine well and then add the chopped walnuts.

5. Scoop the dough and stretch it out. Fill it with ganache or chopped chocolate, then close it tightly and shape it into rounds.

6. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.

7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned and done.

8. Serve the cookies with vanilla ice cream on top and enjoy!
