America: the land of the free. Truly, there is no better inheritor of the apocalypse than the United States. This video is a showcase of the After The End mod, which puts Crusader Kings 3 into a post-apocalyptic future where the world ended during the cold war.

In this mod, we'll be dropping in New York to create a true successor of the Free World. After the End is an extremely well-done mod which has many amazing new mechanics, hundreds of cultures and faiths, and a gigantic map. It's competing with Elder Kings for the spot of best total conversion mod for me, and I definitely have had my general thoughts on mods change thanks to both those mods.
