Refund/Exchange Policy.
For information to all customers, we hereby share our Refund/Exchange policy as under ---
1. Full refund/ exchange for defective articles. Defective means colour fading/ mismatch and torn out articles.
Exchange is subject to availability & incase of defective articles, we shall bear the Shippment charges.
2. No refund shall be given for confusion/ mismatch of genric sizes.Means if a customer ask for 42 size & the same if sent no refund will b possible.
However exchange subject to availability shall be entertained but shippment charges for pickup & resending shall b born by customer.
3. Customers are requested to send their actual measurements of atleast Bust & Hip.
As there can be some change in standard sizes of different manufacturers.
Incase we receive the measurements and the article sent is found to be of different measurements, then Full refund or exchange shall be done by us.
