Beverly Hills is one of the most prestigious cities in the entire world. The 90210 zip code is one of the most well know throughout the entire country but that doesn't mean it's all rainbows and sunshine out here. In this video I list the 4 pros and cons of living in Beverly Hills as a native Angelina and real estate agent in Los Angeles. Pro 1 Central Location
Beverly Hills is so centrally located it's about 15 minutes away from any freeway. It's halfway between downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica Beach. It's super walkable if you live in the flats, the streets are beautifully tree-lined, and the "golden triangle" is in the center of the neighborhoods and close to everything you may need. Pro 2 Shopping
One of the most famous street names for shopping in the entire world is in Beverly Hills and that is Rodeo Drive. If you love shopping for luxury then this street will be your heaven. It truly looks like something out of a movie because many movies have been filmed in Beverly Hills and I'm sure you've seen a few of them. Every high end retail store that you can imagine is on either Rodeo, Canon, Beverly, or one of the nearby streets in the Golden Triangle. People from all over the world come just to shop in Beverly Hills
Pro 3 Clean and Safe
While driving around Beverly Hills, you'll immediately see how different it is from other parts of Los Angeles. There is no homeless or graffiti. Other cities in LA don't do as good of a job as Beverly Hills when it comes to clean up and safety. In any given situation, the police will be at a scene within 2 minutes because the Beverly Hills Police Department is one of the larger departments in LA and is smacked in the middle of the city.
Pro 4 Inspiring Environment
Being surrounded by Luxury every day, fancy cars, people of good status or wealth, will inspire you to want to be of the same. I believe that your environment is everything and it shapes your life, so if you live in a city such as Beverly Hills, clean buildings, sunny skies, beautiful trees, will surely inspire you to do great things with your life. The cliche saying is that you are the 5 people you surround yourself with, but if you surround yourself with several high status, wealthy individuals on a daily basis, your mindset will soon shift to be a person of all the same traits.
