One of the most powerful things I have been able to do to accelerate my real estate business is to plagiarize!

I’ve made commitments to my team that I’ll provide them the best training and empowerment I can. Even if that means packing up and hitting the road, or even the air, to get them around organizations that do what we do!

I have literally stolen almost everything I do from someone else. I’ve stolen ideas, implementation principles, structure charts, organizational charts, you name it.

This trip was all about dialing in the Project Management aspect of our house flipping company. My friend Pat Martin of Pro Source Homebuyers in Knoxville, TN opened up his entire business for us to see first hand, just how big this thing could get.
