At the moment the United States Senate is debating military aid to Ukraine, but Senators are guaranteeing that after time to speak as expired, a final vote will occur tonight. The Russians have been caught off guard by this unexpected vote and they assumed it would never happen. Military aid is already positioned in Poland and Germany and will immediately start flowing into Ukraine as soon as Biden signs the aid bill.
