"Magic" Pills for Weight Loss - Ozempic & Wegovy Explained

Hollywood celebrities are said to be consuming a new weight loss drug called Ozempic. Ozempic was approved for the treatment of Diabetes by the US FDA in 2017. But it soon became popular for the treatment of obesity too. Wegovy, which is a dosed-up version of Ozempic was officially approved for treatment of obesity by US FDA in 2021. Elon Musk has endorsed Wegovy multiple times.

These weight loss drugs are based on chemicals known as Semaglutides. How do they work, we are trying to find out in this video.
