In this video I print several types of filament and run them on my homemade tensile testing machine.

I compare carbon fiber reinforced nylon to a number of other 3D printing materials.

Here are the materials I used in this test:

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon (Sainsmart Carbon Fiber Filled Nylon Filament)

UHU Glue Stick (works great on PETG and Nylon, not good with PLA)

Air Fryer (I got a Gourmia Brand from Costco, but anything 5 quarts/liters and up will work. Minimum temperature setting and maximum timer setting could be important to you. Mine only goes down to 80C, but others go as low as 40C, which would make it useful for drying petg, tpu, and pla):

Leg actuator from Fully Jarvis desk (same as my personal desk):

LIGHT GREY PLA (OVERTURE PLA)

Red PLA+ (HATCHBOX PERFORMANCE PLA)

Orange PETG (Duramic PETG)

Black TPU (Priline TPU, seems like 95A durometer)
