This happen so fast on way to work a bit early, figure the car with lights off was dropping off newpapers in the area, except as i drove up closer the driver jumped in and passenger tossed something big and heavy and he got in the car and drove off while passenger door was still open.

Then got to the end of the block on roscoe went west and floored it i saw them at least 3 blocks down so they flew in excess speeds with no lights on or anything.

Video might not do justice since it was dark and my dashcam could not grab their plates.
