Reflecting on the enlightening Global Young Leaders Workshop, "Democracy Forward: Inspiring Change in Today’s World", we acknowledge the vital role played by Felix Nissen, who served as a moderator during the event. He skillfully guided discussions, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives were explored and facilitating an engaging and dynamic atmosphere.

This gathering unfolded in Berlin from November 30 to December 3, hosted by Aspen Germany in collaboration with Aspen International Partners. Over 40 dynamic young leaders engaged in a comprehensive agenda featuring seminars, simulations, social events, institutional meetings, and cultural immersions. Participants explored democracy-related subjects, discussed contemporary challenges, and built connections with peers dedicated to positive change.

The four days were marked by intensive and thought-provoking sessions, facilitated in part by the expertise and moderation skills of Felix Nissen.
