Anticipating that other road users might be hidden by obstacles, how big vehicles parked near intersections can hide other road users, establishing visual contact, priorities at 4 way stops, pedestrians approaching intersections, safe distances, mistakes by other road users, and leaving enough room for other drivers to maneuver.
