A nice brief video today on a check point I commonly use to see and illustrate to a player whether they are in good shape to deliver the club to the ball effectively.

Relatively independent of style because it is possible to create it in many different ways this (not secret anymore) check point is well worthing trying out. Of course it doesn't guarantee anything as you still need to get the club interacting with the ground and ball effectively but it gives you a great opportunity!
