The Polar Vantage V3 is a very sleek-looking GPS sports watch with a lot to offer, it’s a shame that the model's newest additions don’t add much to the runner experience (the ECG, Skin temperature, and boost from sleep features for example). I don’t think the offline map feature was worth the hype either – yes it looks great but as for guiding me out of a forest, it didn’t deliver as well as it did in a City which is alarming. For me the Polar Vantage V3 didn’t deliver on the ‘levelled up’ experience I was expecting after 3 years of waiting – but it looks fantastic.
