I learned this beef recipe from a German friend ! A simple beef potato dinner recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
650g Beef
Cut to small pieces
Put the beef into a big bowl
1/4 cup Flour
salt and black pepper
Mix well
pour the flour mixture into the bowl
Mix well and Coat each piece of beef with flour
additional flour and coat each piece of beef
Like this 2 pieces
Median heat
Olive oil
Put the beef into pot
flip over each side fry for 3 minutes to brown
56g/4tbsp Unsalted butter
Cook for 5-8 minutes
1 Onion and dice to small pieces
get the beefs out of pot and set aside
add onion into pot and fry for 2 minutes
1cup Red wine and pour it into pot
2 cups of Beef broth and pour it into pot
3 Bay leaves and get into the pot
mix well
add all the cooked beefs into the pot
Cook for 1 hour on low heat
4 Potatoes
dice potatoes into small pieces
After 1 hour
pour the potatoes into pot
1/2 Carrot and dice it
add carrot into pot
Cook for another 30 minutes on low heat
After 30 minutes
salt and black pepper
Done !
