Over the last 4 years, more and more people are buying decommissioned military vehicles and turning them into tiny houses. Before I purchased a bus, I was actually looking at one of these. At that time, you could find a base model, without the slide outs and a box, for $3-$4k on government auction sites. However, just like school busses now, the price has shot up as these become a more popular option. This build has a ton of clever design hacks, probably one of the best I have ever seen.
