💥 Cottage Cheesecake Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
1/3 cup Sugar (67g)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 tablespoons Melted Butter (70g)
2/3 cup Cottage Cheese (150g), drained
1 cup Flour (130g)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 cup (80g) Dried Fruits (Raisins + Apricots)

Bake in preheated oven at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes
