This St. Patrick's Day M&M Cookie Recipe is a great way to get in the festive mood before the fun Irish Holiday! It is quick, easy, and these cookies ALWAYS go fast!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup ( 1 stick) Unsalted Butter, softened
1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Green & Orange Mini M&M’s (you can also use regular size)
1/2 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
