Spend the night with me at the cabin with the doggos! We just got a nice dump of snow- so join me for some fun and great woodstove food. It's cold and snowy AND BEAUTIFUL- ya gotta get out and enjoy it! And hey- that's how you earn your dinner! You're gonna love what I cook on the woodstove and when is the last time you went sledding?? Let's gooooooooooo!

Snow ice cream recipe (makes a big bowl):
2 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Freshly fallen snow (light and fluffy)

Beat eggs- add sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until combined and smooth. Fold in snow until mixture is the consistency of ice cream. Has the consistency of homemade ice cream. Put in freezer for harder freeze. ENJOY!

*To make chocolate snow ice cream add a packet of instant hot cocoa and stir.
