40 kg (88lb) of Barrett Burston pale ale malt
105 L (27.7 gal) of mash water
Mash at 65 c (149 f)
55 g (1.9 oz) of Pinnacle MG+ Yeast

Scaled Down Version (1x 50L mash tun):
13.3 kg (29.3) of Barrett Burston pale ale malt
35 L (9.2 gal) of mash water
Mash at 65 c (149 f)
19 g (6.7 oz) of Pinnacle MG+ Yeast
