1 Large Apple
Juice of half Lemon
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Puff Pastry Sheet (245g)
4 tablespoons Apricot Jam (or any jam of your choice)
1 tablespoon Raisins
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts (30g)
1 Egg Yolk + 1 tablespoon Milk

Bake in preheated oven at 390F (200C) for 20-25 minutes
