Adan Canto who is best known for his roles in The cleaning lady, designated survivor has died at the age of 42 after a long battle with cancer. His wife Stephanie Canto was the first to break the news via Instagram with a an emotional post, she wrote, Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Forever my treasure Adan, see you soon.
Halle Berry who costared with Canto in 2020's movie Bruised also wrote on Instagram that I have no words yet but my dear sweet friend Adan has just gained his wings, forever in my heart.
Recently Canto acted for two seasons as Arman Morales for Fox TV's The Cleaning Lady and has died while in the filming of the 3rd season. Canto has also featured in several other roles like Agent Game, Designated Survivor, X-Men days of future past, the devil below and 2 hearts. In addition to his acting career, Adan had many talents like singing, playing the guitar and film making.
Adan was born in Mexico and raised in Texas, he is survived by his wife Stephanie Canto and his two children Roman and Eva.
