Austin Reaves was born on May 29, 1998, in Newark, Arkansas. Austin’s parents Nicole Wilkett, and Brian Reaves were both athletes and played college basketball for Arkansas State. Austin’s mom averaged 21 points per game and earned all-conference honors as a senior, while Austin’s father tied for third in program history with 384 career assists. Apart from his parents, Austin’s brother Spencer played college basketball for North Greenville and Central Missouri going on a professional career.
