The new Altra Olympus 4.0 is the best Olympus yet. After the 3.5 made my list of go-to trail running grabs in 2019, the new version changes very little but manages to improve in some of the 3.5's shortcomings. Plenty of cushion for longer efforts and an improved outsole make the Olympus 4.0 one of my favorite trail shoes of 2020 thus far. But boy, it's pricey! What do you think?
