The Striker gear set is one of the most powerful damage-dealing gear sets in The Division 2. It is a four-piece set that grants the following bonuses:

15% weapon handling
15% rate of fire
Striker's Gamble: Weapon hits increase total weapon damage by 0.65%, stacking up to 100 times.
The Striker's Gamble talent is the key to this build, as it allows you to ramp up your damage output to incredible levels.
