It has been ten years after the macabre series of murders and the scorching explosion at Haddonfield Memorial Hospital in 1978. The small town of Haddonfield is forever doomed to be unable to recover and move on as Michael's legacy looms overhead, and a recently moved-in teenage boy finds himself being watched by something that was believed to be dead.
