The BMA has warned that the trend of doctors leaving the NHS for better paid jobs in other countries is going to intensify.

That's despite over 15,000 having already left the health service last year as the bitter pay dispute and industrial action played out.

But those who have made the move to work abroad say they are earning up to three times more.
