I decided to do a tear-down video of a Webcor Model 121 record changer by Webster of Chicago that came in a portable suitcase setup. Chris Cuff has a great set of videos on this changer but what was missing was the step-by-step disassembly process. I wish he were still around to answer questions as this player has many issues but he's sadly passed away last year. I'm afraid the only way I'll be able to truly figure this player out is to get hold of a player that is in fine shape and compare them back to back.
