Pokémon Inclement Emerald is a catch 'em all advanced difficulty ROM hack created by Buffel Saft. Links to where you can download the main and QOL patch for the game can be found in the Inclement Emerald Discord! -   / discord  

Normal Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Can only catch the first Pokémon on each Route (Species Clause)
3. Nickname Pokémon

Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4's ace (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode

Additional Inclement Emerald Ruleset:
7. No using setup moves like Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Shell Smash, etc.
8. Mega Evolution is allowed in battles when the opponent has a Mega Evolution on their team as well

Inclement Emerald Mode/Settings Used:
-Version 1.13
-Challenge Mode
-More Level Caps
-Effort Values (EVs) are turned off for all Pokémon
-Individual Values (IVs) are all guaranteed 31s to save time dealing with Bottle Caps
-Ydarissep Quality of Life patch installed (see Discord)
