This ranking won't have the normal numbers from dragon ball super because I'm not a fan of 20 0's. But everyone will have his same power, just with smaller numbers.

This is the video on my channel where I put the most work in. It cost me over 50+ hours, 20+ just for modding. I had a lot of problems at the beginning because I just bought the game for the computer like 10 days ago (I normally play on ps4) and had no idea about xenoverse 2 mods. There were a lot of bugs and problems and it took really long to fix everything. I opened the game probably 300 times in the last 10 days.

Anyway, now no-spoilers infos to the movie:

There is a universe 13, which became too strong, so Zeno made new rules that no one is allowed to leave that universe, so they can't destroy too much from other universes. After the tournament of power the universe 13 got unlocked, because nothing got destroyed there to create something new. There is a group of 4 elite warriors that got the mission (from the group leader himself btw) to eliminate the saiyan gods of universe 7, because there is only 1 saiyan god in their opinion.
Fun fact: Some of them were in universe 6 before to meet the other saiyans, but killed no one because they normally don't fight their own race.

Character description:

Attarus:
Because they know that their universe is much stronger as universe 7 is Attarus the first who appears and is alone, because the other don't want to waste their time. He is a bit tall and not someone who talks much. He likes to fight and destroying enemy planets.

Salleria:
Salleria does not appear long and is only shown in the past because she is doing another mission in parallel with the others.
She has blue eyes which is really rare for a saiyan and the strongest saiyan women in the universe. She is not such a fan of destruction like the others but loves to fight like every saiyan.

Sadda:
Sadda is the younger brother of Var. He is pretty silence, but very tactically and intelligent. He's on missions almost always out with Var. He and Var are looking younger as they are, because *spoiler*. He's a bit small but one of the strongest saiyans in universe 13. He looks like 16.

Var:
He's the leader of the strongest elite unit from the saiyans. He is pretty aggressive and likes to talk. He is normally a very relaxed person, but can freak out when the enemy has too much power. he is a rebel and doesn't want to follow any orders from others.

Transformations explained:

Super saiyan Azzatra is the super saiyan 4 form, when you master it your hair will turn red. Most of the saiyans in universe 13 learn this transformation first after the super saiyan to get a feeling how it works, because this is the easiest. You can die when you try to control the power but are too weak.

Super saiyan Batruu is the second transformation. Your hair is still black but your body hair is red. Shallot used this form.

Super saiyan Chilla: -

Super saiyan Dallion: Your hair will turn silver and your eyes will become bright yellow.

Super saiyan Eluna: Your hair will turn shiny white and you will become a bit smaller.

Super saiyan Finia: Your hair will become shiny gold and your hair and tail will become longer.

Super Saiyan Grazios: Your hair will turn completely dark black and will become even longer as super saiyan Finia. Your eyes will become bloody red.

Fallen Angel Form (Last transformation):
Var got this form after the Angel from universe 13 died and his energy left his body. Var got some of this energy and turned into the Fallen Angel form which he can't control because it's too powerful. This is the power of an angel and have many powerful things like ultra instinct and other stuff. Sadda can also turn into this form.
