This 4K video is from a recent trip down to Lake Meadows park located in Billericay. This park is home to Billericay parkrun, which in short, is a free, timed 5K run that takes place every Saturday at 9am. If you have never visited this park run before then this video is the perfect thing to watch to understand the course. There are two routes: an alternative route which is 5 laps all on pavement and the normal route which is 4 laps, half pavement half grass.
