So this actually ended up being a lot easier than I originally thought it would. I didn't bother last time as I thought it would take a while and I was in the middle of having fun with the Remnant playthroughs, but this time I had some time to give it a go. It took me 6 attempts to get it down, and the very first attempt I ran with Xenophage I got the clear. I had 5 attempts where I ran the same loadout as before with Anarchy, but the hardest part was the final phase of the boss where the Captains were a nightmare to deal with. I had one where I wiped on the dropdown (lol), one where I didn't get the Champion spawn before the boss so I reset, as it gives you gold. 1 in the first phase of the boss, 1 to the boss sniping me as I jumped across during the final lead up, and 1 in the last phase. So I decided to switch it up to have the Xenophage for the Solar damage to deal with the shields, and got it the first attempt with that.

It's actually a lot better with this setup, although it does make the elevator section slightly harder. Also running multiple Concussive Dampener makes this significantly easier. Compared to the original solo I felt this was much easier though. That's mostly due to the fact that the hardest parts were always the final phase of the boss, and the rest of the Champions you need to deal with are just time wastes without any risk to defeat them. So doing it this way with the major learning curve from the previous runs gone, it was actually pretty straight forward I felt. Other classes might be possible with a similar setup to this I think, but I don't think I'll have the time to try that before Beyond light.
