Fran recognizes a friend from high school.

From Season 2 Episode 3, 'Material Fran'. Fran meets an old high school friend of hers who is now happily married to a millionaire- who is older. She introduces Fran to one of his friends, Theodore Timmons. Theodore buys Fran all sorts of expensive gifts. Meanwhile, Mr. Sheffield needs Fran to go to the Stone Temple Pilots concert with him to chaperone Maggie, and the two feel a little behind the times when they realize they're both getting older!
