"Genesis Technical Services will be able to address all of your concerns." That's what I was told by Genesis Customer Care when I pointed out that my issues appeared to be beyond the capabilities of the EV Certified Techs at my Genesis dealership.

"Genesis Technical Services is the highest level of engineering we have, they assist when the dealerships get stuck". So I really thought maybe they would at least shed some light on what's going on with my car.

Well I ended up waiting about 6 months for Genesis Technical Services to review my on going issues, I'd already sent them multiple videos previously but they my car needed to enter the dealership once and for all for them to review everything. And they finally got back to me...and the answers I got back were shocking.

Shockingly disappointing.
