Just over a year ago we looked at ten cards that could never come off the banlist without some kind of errata, and within that year only two cards have from that list have been freed Spellbook of Judgment with no changes is now limited and Makyura is at 3 with a new errata.

However, the Yu-Gi-Oh ban list contains a lot more than just 10 cards that can never be unbanned, so today we’re going to look at 10 more cards that will never come off the list with some kind of change, why they were banned in the first place, and why they couldn’t come off today.
