I used this as my warm up for my Master Class in L.A. and it's not my normal warm up (meaning it's a little bit easier than my typical hip hop warm up). Again...it is SO NICE to have both of my best friends, Dawn and Kelsi, in a video with me...yes we are the three matching!!! That's how we roll...;-) Enjoy!!!!
