If you’re anything like us… You simply cannot get enough of crazy backyard transformation videos. This backyard renovation started with just the outdoor kitchen… But quickly turned into a complete patio overhaul. It’s unlike anything else you’ve ever seen before. Although you’ll have to watch the whole video for complete details (trust us, it’s worth your time)… We can give you a brief overview of the premise here.

As we just mentioned, this crazy backyard transformation started with just an outdoor kitchen. Kevin Chon had recently purchased his dream home in California, and he was most excited about the existing outdoor kitchen in the backyard. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, this BBQ island turned out to be an unusable, complete disaster! The tile countertops were falling apart, the appliances didn’t work or were barely functioning… You get the picture. (Again, you’ll see more of this in the actual video.)

Through a very fortunate series of events… We were able to link up with Kevin and help facilitate his crazy backyard transformation. He didn’t get the outdoor kitchen he wanted right off the cuff… And we swooped in to help turn his backyard nightmare into an absolute dream. We worked one-on-one with Kevin to create a completely fresh and new outdoor kitchen design, delivered it to his door, helped him demolish his previous BBQ island, and helped install the shiny new one. And in the midst of this process… Kevin decided to go all-out and undergo a complete patio transformation, with a new pergola to boot! Point is, there is so much to unpack here.
