In this video I try to figure out the best way to smoke sausage and retain that smoked sausage flavor.

We did smoked sausage 6 Different ways and this is how they ranked:
1. Hot Smoked (Finished in Smoker)
2. Smoked and baked. (Smoked then finished in the oven)
3.Baked then smoked (cooked in the oven then smoked)
4. Liquid Smoke (Non natural smoke flavor but still good)
5. Poached then Smoked
6. Smoked then Poached.
