A few weeks ago, I was lucky to be able to go on a trip to Jalisco and Nayarit, Mexico with some good friends and I truly had an amazing time. We spent our days gorging on seafood and sipping pina coladas by the pool. We stayed at two different resorts while we were there and Villa Del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort was one of them. This resort was absolutely gorgeous! With a massive multi-level pool equipped with streamers and mini-waterfalls, soaking in the pool all day was a dream! Only a few steps away was the beach. The ocean water was warm and the waves simulated a gentle massage. We watched breathtaking sunsets paint the sky pastel pink and purple every night from the hotel balcony before heading to Bucerias for dinner. Truly a gift of a trip.
