Hello my dear friends. It's great to see you here again.
This story of mine is about a retro, vintage lamp.
I have been looking for a contortionist lamp suitable for my lathe and workshop for a long time, and of course I was looking for a vintage or antique lamp. Orange and green, which are considered retro, are two of my favorite colors. That's why I chose this one among the lamps given to me as a gift.
This lamp was used on a lathe in another workshop for many years. I worked to achieve a look that bears the traces of the past and fits my workshop.
I achieved a result with my aesthetic perception and beauty philosophy, by prioritizing functionality as in my usual works. We will watch together many craft works and I want to leave this trace here, just as this craftsman spent his few days in the workshop.
I do not record how-to videos. If you have any questions, please ask, I am always happy to answer. Also share your thoughts and different approaches, I would love to listen.
I hope this work will be a good accompaniment to your time while drinking your coffee or a glass of whiskey.
I am happy to share with you this work in which I have lived the four seasons of my life, and I dedicate this work to my beloved nature and animals.
