No oven, No egg! It's so simple and delicious that you can make this Bread every week!

00:00 Turkish Puff Bread
Ingredients:
10 ounces (280 grams) all-purpose flour or bread flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 fluid ounces (200 milliliters) warm water
2 ounces (60 grams) unsalted butter

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Pour warm water into the flour and stir to absorb.
Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Knead again and cover for another 10 minutes.
Melt the unsalted butter.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll out each into an oval shape.
Cut the rolled dough into thin strips.
Brush the dough with melted butter and press it into a braid.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Stretch the dough a little, fold it, and cook in a hot frying pan until golden brown.
Optionally, brush with leftover melted butter.

Dissolve yeast and salt in warm water.
Stir in flour and knead the dough for 1-2 minutes. Let it rise for an hour.
Boil and mash the potatoes, then add green onions, dill, salt, and pepper.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each thinly.
Brush with olive oil, add potato filling, and roll into a flatbread.
Fry in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.

3.4 fluid ounces (100 milliliters) warm milk
0.7 fluid ounces (20 milliliters) vegetable oil

1 tablespoon dry yeast
12.3 ounces (350 grams) wheat flour
5.3 ounces (150 grams) whole grain flour
1 teaspoon black sesame
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
Egg yolk for brushing

Instructions:
Mix water, milk, oil, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Stir in wheat flour, then add whole grain flour and knead the dough.
Let it rise for 45 minutes, then transfer to a greased mold.
Cover and rest for 20 minutes, then release air and brush with egg yolk.
Sprinkle with black sesame and flaxseeds.
Bake at 180 °C (360 °F) for about 35 minutes.
