Jake Plummer had a very mediocre first season but in 2004 Jake Plummer was off the charts. Jake Plummer set his mark with over 4,000 throwing yards in 2004 with 27 touchdowns. Jake Plummer one of my favorite Quarterbacks in Broncos history.
