This Refreshing Treat Is As Delicious & Beautiful I Great Party Dessert I Tasty Treat Mango Coconut Jelly Dessert By Simi'S Kitchen USA

Ingredients:

Agar Agar Powder Is The Key Ingredients For This Recipe & Its Crucial That You Buy The Right One Or The Recipe Will Not Work. I Will Highly Recommend The Agar Agar One That I Used (Shown In a Video) Is The Best One.


Mango Layer:

- 1 & 1/2 Cup Of Water
- 2 Tsp Agar-Agar

Now Stir Well Until Dissolved, then go to the stove, bring it to boil.
- After 1 Boil Turn heat on low & Add 1 Cup Mango Pulp
- 1/2 Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- Mix Until Sugar Dissolved

Take Any Shape Bowl By Your Choice & Pour The Mango Hot Jelly
- After Pouring Use 1 Spoon To Get Bubbles Out
- Add Mango & Palm Cubes, little bit of coconut pulp

Now Leave it in a room temperature to set the jelly a bit, do not chilled completely while making coconut jelly the 2nd layer. Only wait a little to set the jelly & meantime make the 2nd layer jelly.


2nd Layer: Same Process:

- 1 Cup Coconut Water( I used coconut water, can use fresh water as well)
- 1 Tsp Agar-Agar
- Stir Until Dissolved
- Bring to a boil
- Turn Off Heat
- Add 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- Little bit of salt

Check The mango Layer is set then carefully pour hot coconut jelly over using a spoon as shown.

- Cool Down A Little & keep it Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours to chill completely

After 3-4 Hours Cut Your Dessert The Shape You Like. Enjoy ЁЯШК
