And this time around, there's a lot to talk about - because a lot has changed. The biggest, and most important inclusion for the new Ranger, is the inclusion of a V6 turbo diesel engine, which sits at the top of the range. Speaking of the range, there's a revised one - all versions are automatic these days, so whether you choose the base XL, slightly nicer XLS, the gap-bridging and popular XLT, new Sport grade or the top-end Wildtrak, you have to have it with an auto transmission.
