Jimmy Wong shares his journey of self discovery through food and culture after finding his passion for culinary arts and opening his own restaurant in his studio apartment. Jimmy Wong is a 4th year Food Science Major at Cal Poly. He is talking about his experience in creating his pop-up restaurant “Dench” where he served a 6 course dinner out of his Mustang Village apartment.
