00:31 Sour cream 1 tbsp.

01:52 semolina 2 tbsp.

02:24 Fry on both sides over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

Cabbage 150 g.
1 small onion.
Butter.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion.
Add carrots and cabbage.
Cook over medium-high heat until done.
2 eggs.
Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Olive oil.
Tortilla.
Cheese (mixture of 3 types of cheese).
Cover with tortilla.
Add cheese.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat.
Wait for the cheese to melt.
Flip the tortilla over.
Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Mozzarella.

Fry over medium heat.
