All I heard about Unending Tempest Is That Target Lock Was the way. It's the new immortal. It's a better Shayura? How it's one of the best SMGs we have had in a while. After I got the rolls I wanted, I went through the numbers, and it does not add up. Tempest is a great weapon, but I don't think it's best with target lock. Far from it.
