Cutting this .025" thick embossed diamond plate is done with little difficulties using tin snips. The first step is to use a marker and T-Square to draw a straight line on the diamond plate where you would like to cut the aluminum diamond tread sheet. Once you have drawn a line on the material simply use the tin snip to cut the embossed diamond plate as you would use scissors to cut paper.
