The Mixmate automated chemical blending system is mixing a test blend in this video. Six products are blended in this mix with four from the mini-bulk tanks and the packaged liquid and dry products are added through the automatic Fusion inductor with scales. The records are automatic. One person can blend this batch in real-time without a second operator to prepare the batch. With most systems, a second operator must prepare the batch ahead of time to enable fast loading.

The bulk products are measured and pumped directly to the sprayer while the inductor is being used. The bulk chemicals are measured with a meter that is pre-calibrated and does not need to be calibrated for each chemical. In this video, three products and the water are being measured simultaneously. Portable and stationary mixing plants can be built with Mixmate.

Prototype features are shown in this video. The automatic engine start and the inductor lift mechanism are not available as of September 2021.
