I have made a Remote ID Range test to see how you can be spotted by using a free drone scanner app for Android in the Play Store. Remote identification, or RemoteID, from January 1st. 2024, it is mandatory in the EU for Drones like DJI Air 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, DJI Mavic 3 Pro, and all other DJI Drones to be operated in the open category in Europe under the New 2024 Drone Law.

DJI Mini 4 Pro is not REQUIRED to have RemoteID enabled in EU

"Starting from 1 January 2024, all drones operating in the open category (with limited exceptions) must be equipped with a remote identification system. Some companies have already placed modules on the market providing a direct remote identification system, providing the ‘EU Declaration of Conformity’, and you can find a list below. Please be aware that EASA did not verify the compliance of such components, and the declaration of conformity is submitted under the manufacturer's sole responsibility."
