Carrier heat pump and electric furnace not keeping home at temperature. Customer had thermostat set at 65 degrees but was only reaching 62 degrees. Outdoor air had been the low teens and was at 25* F this day. Insulation is key to comfort. Don't forget your basics, check not only the electrical specifications to the performance chart but check your temperature rise and use common sense process of elimination.
